Course summary:

Learn prevention, recognition, and first aid for a variety of emergency situations for adults, infants, and children.

Course length:

This Standard First Aid is a 16 hour course.

  • Airway and Breathing Emergencies

  • Bleeding and Shock
  • Head and Spinal Injuries

  • Poisons


Certification:

Students must perform the skills to the required standard and also successfully complete a multiple choice exam. The SFA certification is valid for three years.
