Occupational First aid level 1 Re-certificatioN *NEW*
WorkSafeBC has recently announced a new way to renew your Occupational First Aid Level 1 certificate – a 3.5 hour OFA Level 1 Re-certification course.
Students will receive a brief review on the theory of first aid, but the majority of the session will focus on refreshing the hands-on life-saving skills such as the Priority Action Approach, CPR/AED, choking, and major bleeding.
Candidates must successfully complete all skills and score a minimum of 70% on a written evaluation to achieve certification.
ProSafe First Aid will offer the new OFA Level 1 Re-certification course on a variety of days and times to meet the scheduling needs of our busy students. This includes weekdays, weekends, and evening classes. And it will be offered at our Surrey, Abbotsford, and Richmond campuses, as well as for private groups at your location.
1 day (3.5 hours)
Participant must have a current (non-expired) OFA Level 1 certificate. Certificates that have been extended due to COVID-19 are acceptable.
